Effective date: June 11, 2026
YaYa Games ("we," "us," "our") operates the mobile game Neon Fall ("the App"). This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.
- No account, no personal details
Neon Fall has no login or account system. We do not ask you for your name, email, or any personal information to play.
- Data collected automatically
To run the game, display ads, and understand how the game is played, the App and our third-party partners collect limited data:
- Device identifiers, including Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), used to deliver and measure advertising.
- Usage and gameplay data, such as game launches, runs played, scores, and in-app events, used for analytics to improve the game.
- Diagnostic data, such as crash and performance information.
- Approximate (coarse) location, which may be inferred from your IP address by our advertising partner.
We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, or microphone or camera data.
- Data stored on your device
Your high scores and settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
- Third-party services
The App uses the following third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Advertising and tracking
We show ads through Google AdMob. On first use, the App asks for your permission to track using Apple's App Tracking Transparency. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you do not allow tracking, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized. You can also buy "Remove Ads" to turn off ads entirely.
- Purchases
In-app purchases, such as Remove Ads, are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details.
- Children's privacy
Neon Fall is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
- Data retention
Analytics and advertising data are retained according to our partners' standard retention periods. Data stored on your device remains until you delete the App.
- Your choices
- Limit ad tracking through iOS Settings (App Tracking Transparency).
- Reset your advertising identifier in iOS Settings.
